I would like to ask a small favour.

I am having surgery today for a lesion on my lip and I would like to ask for some etheric support and a prayer for myself and the surgoens, anaesthetists and nurses so that I am kept safe. Thank you very much.

The next couple of weeks will be a quite time (no exercise-running/yoga/gym 🙁 ) but will be a time of reflection and healing. I will continue to post on my blog should I feel I have something I can share.
