Memories of my experiences of journeys across the world come to life again in my studio. My current series is founded on our wonderful time in Kolkata. I loved Kolkata. The sounds. The colour. The warmth from others. Here in my studio, nothing is rushed. Each piece is woven carefully with intention. Each piece is unique. My remote journeys and experiences continue to move through me as I weave.  Although weaving involves repetitive tasks, my movements are intentional and connected to my spirit, memory and experiences.
