  • Turns out, lashing the warp is messy.  Studio notes from today:  1. It looks chaotic until the last knot is tied.  2. Nothing is exactly even, so if you like things lined up exactly, this may be a challenge.  3. Trust your hands and the tension when you do the second pass to put tension on the cord - even when the knots look like a mess.  Save this if you’re navigating the clumsy phase too and return to see how it all turns out.
