I recently attended a Next Step workshop with John Paul Caponigro in Miami Florida examining our Creative Vision as the theme, with nine other women from four continents.

I would like to share a paragraph from an email I sent to the group upon my return home;

One of the most memorable experiences of the workshop was the last hour…when everyone was open to both give and receive acknowledgment of the qualities that we saw in each of us. For me, that showed how throughout the week, each and every one of us was willing to be open-hearted enough to reveal who each of us truly are. This willingness to be vulnerable, caring, supportive, loving, honest, fragile, dedicated, courageous, joyful, passionate, creative; just to name a few qualities; is a testament to the wonderful group of women who participated and the ability of John Paul to facilitate and share his expertise and guide each and every one of us to connect with what each of us needed. The last hour in my mind – was quintessentially very spiritual and demonstrated true connection and communion between Souls. It is only through these meaningful interactions with others, I believe, that we can have insights into our own nature and the nature of others; and ultimately open the crack of awareness to understanding the interconnectedness between us all – and following on from this – the interconnectedness of us all with ALL that is.
