Meditation is simply practicing connecting with the Silence so that we can carry the ability to connect with the Source and expansiveness of the Universe in every breath.
For thousands of years nearly all cultures have developed practices which still the mind to create the space to connect with the Silence.
It is from within this Silence that the connection with the Universe and deep within oneself is actually FELT.
It is from within this Silence that one’s intuition and guidance emanates.
It is through this practice of meditation – practicing with awareness connecting with the Silence in a quiet place; that I develop the ability to connect with the Silence even when amongst the chaos.
Over the coming weeks I will share with you some hints and strategies which may assist you also to meditate and connect with the Silence.
