Well boys… Because I do not have personal experience of your anatomy… I have doing a bit of research regarding pelvic floor exercises for men… and the similarities with women regarding the techniques and benefits I actually found were very striking – even with the differences between the make and female anatomy.
The same three things were the stand out benefits. Prevention of unrinary incontinence; prevention of prolapse of organs; and increase sexual response, sensations and pleasure.
I have recognised that the attitude of many men is that “she’ll be right mate”…. until the Doctor’s examination where incontinence, erectile dysfunction or prostate issues are discussed and your GP asks you whether you have been doing your pelvic floor exercises which may have alleviated these conditions… and then passes you a leaflet outlining them and says “better late than never..”
I’m not going to outline the techniques here because I am not a health professional…. but for all those men who are reading this – I would encourage you to do some research on the net; or ask your GP, physiotherapist or health professional for information and guidance about how to incorporate your plevic floor exercises into your daily life. Perhaps then you could practice your exercises into a routine you integrate somehow with your photography.
I think that you will find tremendous health benefits and increase sexual pleasure if you become aware; look after and strengthen these very important muscles of your body – which are not often discussed but an important part of life.
