Swimming with the whales!!! At last!!!

Finally…. a whole life of wishing and dreaming… and FINALLY in the water with these most magnificent and amazing animals. I was quite overwhelmed. My mask filled with tears…. and they were SOOOOO BIG!!! .. as big as a WHALE!!! hehehehe !

I didn’t really know what to expect… but I didn’t realise I would be sooo close, and I didn’t realise they would be so gentle and accepting of us swimming near them.

Below are some photos from the second day…. with a wide angle lens, so they look a bit further away than they actually were. The visibility wasn’t always that good… but that didn’t matter at all for me. The experience was profound and life changing.
