Water and Rainbow cliche happy snaps – but I don’t care :-)

I know these are cliches…. but what the heck!

I’m having a little trouble with some complications from my lip surgery so I suggested to Max that we go for a drive and a bushwalk – just for a change of scenery for me. We went to Purling Brook Falls and Canyon Lookout Walk at Springbrook National Park. There had been recent rain and the water was thundering over the falls.

Where we used to be able to walk under the falls unfortunately has been blocked off because part of the path had been eroded. I really wanted to feel what it was like to walk under the falls again…. but instead we saw a beautiful rainbow in the falling water!!

We did however come across another amazing fall which we walked under….it was rather wet and chilly being in winter here in the Southern Hemisphere! …….so stay tuned and I will post some more photos and a short video over the next couple of days.

About the Author: Julie
I am a Journeywoman. I live my life as an explorer. An adventurer. An Observer. An Artist. There is no differentiation between how I live my life and the art that is an expression of it. It is through my experience adventuring the unknown, that I learn more about myself. My aim through this connection is to live where my expression is fully in alignment with the essence of who I am. “In the field of Fine-Art Photography, Julie stands apart from others with the way she sees the world and expresses her connection within it. Julie Stephenson’s photographs are sublime. Her work is an expression of her deep connection; and a gift to the world.”
