I had an amazing day skinny dipping in the ocean at a local beach and felt the freedom to experience myself playfully in the surging waves.

I realised some qualities I love about myself and how I have embraced living… and also reflected on fear and how that has limited me. Come on everyone… life is far too short to be fearful. Come with me diving deep into life!
